Education at the faculty is based on the latest achievements of domestic and foreign legal education. The academic environment takes into account all changes in legislation, legal doctrine, which are related to the state-making and law-making processes, the main orientations of the reform of higher education and legal education, requests of national and regional stakeholders.
The staff of the Faculty of Law consists of full-time employees who have a scientific degree, an academic title, a confirmed level of scientific and professional activity, practicing professionals, as well as guest foreign specialists. In particular, the educational process is provided by 34 full-time teachers, including 12 doctors of legal sciences (8 professors and 4 associate professors), 21 candidates of legal sciences (17 associate professors), and 1 candidate of historical sciences, associate professor.
International scientific (scientific-educational, educational) projects are implemented within the framework of at least the following programs, namely: 1) ERASMUS (scientific internship modules, Jean Monet and others); 2) USAID of the US Federal Government Agency for International Development; 3) International legal studies: USA, Canada and other countries of the common law system (Republic of Austria). Corresponding cooperation is carried out within the agreements with foreign universities.
